Burger King & McDonald's supplier Mrs Bectors Food's IPO to open on December 15

A premium biscuit-maker and leading supplier of buns to fast-food chains like Burger King and McDonald's, Mrs. Bector’s Food Specialities is all set to float its Rs 540 crores initial public offering (IPO) on December 15.

The IPO of biscuit maker Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities will open on December 15 and close on December 17. The price band of the Rs540 crores IPO has been fixed at Rs286 to Rs288 per share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 50 equity shares and in multiples of 50 equity shares thereafter.

The equity shares will be listed on BSE and NSE. Link Intime India Pvt Ltd is the registrar of the IPO

The company manufactures and markets a range of products such as biscuits, bread, and buns. It also markets a wide variety of bakery products under its flagship brand "Mrs. Bector's Cremica" and the "English Oven".
